- FRAGRANCE: Roland Pine is not your ordinary pine! This fragrance is calming, with notes of glorious Fir needle, and fresh pine, you have to smell it to believe it. Of course, Roland Pine is a must for holiday, but is a fresh and invigorating year-round fragrance.
- ABOUT OUR CANDLES: We use cotton wicks and pure soy wax to make our candles because of their clean burning qualities. Every batch of candles is tested for wick optimization, cool and hot fragrance throw & burn times. We make our candles in small batches, and the craftsmanship and quality are unsurpassed.
- BEST PRACTICES: When you burn your soy candle for the first time, it is important to burn for about 4 hours. That is how much time it will take for the wax to melt and pool all the way to the edge of the glass. Blow out your candle. Before burning again, allow wax to cool. Before lighting, trim the wick to about 1/4" before lighting to ensure even burning.
- THE STORY BEHIND ROLAND PINE: You might wonder how the name Roland Pine evolved. Elizabeth Grubaugh, our designer lived up in Tuxedo Park, NY and was inspired by the lush forests of Harriman State Park on the drive to our studio in Garnerville, NY. This caused her to draw the pinecone you see on our Roland Pine packaging. The fragrance was born and matched to the pattern, and we decided we wanted to pay homage to our Rockland County roots, and named our pine Roland after a member of the Harriman family, Roland Harriman. Seemed fitting, and the rest is history!

Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards and beauty items. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email sales@eislerchemist.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to sales@eislerchemist.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package. For returning undamaged and unused items, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. For returning goods that arrived damaged or the wrong item sent by us, we will cover the cost of return shipping as well as giving you an intact item or a full refund.
