Do You Offer Instore Pick Up?
Sadly Our System Doesn't Offer us this feature to have Instore Pick Up.

How long will it take to receive my order?

That depends on the shipping method that you select. The choices include: Next Business Day, to receive in Morning: Next Bsuiness Day, to receive in the afternoon; 2nd Day; 3rd Day.

How can I Track my Order?

We will E-Mail you an order Confirmation #, that will contain your tracking #. You can then see when the item was shipped out, and when you can expect to receive it.

What do I do if I am not happy with my purchase?

Just call us at 212-744-4144, and let us know that you would like to return or exchange the item that you purchased.
Shipping Information:

Orders will be filled immediately, and will be shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Tracking numbers will be available upon shipping.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt of your item, you may return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charge) or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Note item must be in original condition or a refund will not be granted.
